The precautions for the sand ice machine motor mainly include the following points:

Avoid prolonged continuous use: Due to the large amount of heat generated by the sand ice machine motor during high-speed operation, prolonged continuous use can cause the motor to overheat, triggering a self-protection mechanism and automatic shutdown. To avoid this situation, it is recommended to take appropriate breaks during use and wait for the motor to cool down before continuing to use. 

Control the size of ice sand particles: The size of the ice sand particles produced may vary depending on the model, capacity, and power of the sand ice machine. The fineness of the ice sand can be adjusted by controlling the usage time to avoid excessive motor load.

Keep dry: The sand ice machine should be cleaned and kept dry in a timely manner after use, avoiding use in humid environments to prevent insulation degradation leading to leakage or damage. When cleaning, only rinse the inside of the cup to avoid wetting the gear part of the blade assembly.

Correct operation: When using the sand ice machine, make sure the cup is placed upright and the base is clamped before starting to operate, to avoid damage to the motor or blade group due to improper operation. After polishing, wait for the machine to completely stop before removing the cup to prevent the mushroom head from deforming.  

Avoid overheating raw materials: When polishing hot drinks, do not add overheated water or raw materials to avoid rapidly increasing the internal temperature of the blade group and accelerating the wear of the waterproof rubber ring
